Important Safety Information
If any Snap-Loc product becomes damaged, worn, or structurally unsafe, discontinue use immediately. Continuing to use a damaged product may result in property damage, injury, or product failure.

Limited Warranty
Snap-Loc warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, Snap-Loc may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace defective components
- Replace the product in whole
Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. Labor costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation are not covered.
Return Authorization Requirements
All returns require prior approval from Snap-Loc.
- Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Authorized returns must be received within 30 days of the issued authorization date.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
For approved warranty claims within the continental United States, Snap-Loc may cover return shipping costs at its discretion.
Additional restrictions, exclusions, and shipping limitations may apply.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Exceeding published load or weight limits
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Accidents, impacts, or collisions
- Product modifications or alterations
- Improper installation
- Overtightening or excessive force
- Cosmetic wear including scratches, chips, fading, or discoloration
- Minor plastic cracking that does not affect functionality
- Exposure to extreme heat or freezing temperatures
- Water submersion
- Exposure to corrosive chemicals
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Any similar conditions resulting from improper use or maintenance
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap-Loc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any Snap-Loc product.
The user's sole remedy under this warranty shall be repair, replacement, or refund as determined by Snap-Loc.
Acceptance of Terms
The instructions, warnings, and documentation included with Snap-Loc products are provided for your safety and proper product use.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein, do not use the product and contact Snap-Loc within seven (7) days of receipt regarding a return request.
By retaining and using the product, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
