Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

At Snap-Loc, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times displayed at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, or carrier disruptions, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our team and we will gladly investigate the shipment.

Shipping Carriers

Snap-Loc ships using a variety of trusted carriers depending on product size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Carrier options may include:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight Carriers (for oversized shipments)

Tracking information will be provided once your shipment leaves our facility.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Certain Snap-Loc products may be too large or heavy to ship to P.O. Boxes.

If a P.O. Box address is provided and the selected carrier cannot deliver to that location, our team may contact you to obtain a physical delivery address before processing your order.

Additional shipping restrictions may apply based on product size, weight, and destination.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of Snap-Loc's control may impact delivery times.

Snap-Loc is not responsible for carrier transit delays once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
