The roller buckle grip allows easy tightening and release, while the loop end attaches anywhere on the cart for flexible vertical and horizontal load control. Made in the USA from durable 2” polyester webbing with zinc-plated steel hardware, this strap delivers long-lasting performance with a built-in scratch protector and hook-and-loop fastener for neat storage.
